This condition can be treated naturally by first of all eliminating its causes. Here are six-natural tips to help ease Hemorrhoids. •

Fiber Rich Diet.

Hemorrhoids are mainly caused by constipation, the in the ability for food to be digested smoothly. Fiber helps in digesting by providing a smooth flow of food in the digestion system. Once constipation occurs the stool becomes hard and difficult to pass through, damaging the skin walls leading to hemorrhoids. Eat a lot of vegetables especially green, fresh fruits and not forgetting to add beans and lettuce bit by bit in your diet. Beans are very rich in fiber but should not be introduced to the diet at once. Human beings need between 25%-35% of fiber every day which many people don't watch.

Drink a lot of water.

A normal human being should take at least eight glasses of water every day. A bigger percentage of our body is made up of water. Therefore if we do not take up enough water we end up dehydrating. Water is used to clean and remove toxins in the body. When we don't take enough water, the body drains excess the water in our blood streams to perform important functions in the body leading to dehydration. One of the processes that rely on water is digestion to move food throughout digestion system. When there is no enough water it becomes difficult to move the food effectively hence food get delayed resulting to constipation.

 Sit Baths.

A traditional way of treating hemorrhoids is by using herbal sit baths. Herbal treatment has been used since ancient times for various ailments, hemorrhoid was not different. Use Lavender, Basil, Rosemary, lemon balm and turmeric, grind to become smooth. Add two spoonful of this mixture to warm water and add tea tree oil, then sit in that bath for 15-30 minutes every day for a week. This herbal mixture soothes your hemorrhoids and improves healing. the herbs have got strong healing power that can be used in severe cases. It also makes the skin around the anal area to become smooth and gain its natural elasticity reducing straining during bowel movement. It can cause hemorrhoids to last only a few days.

Avoid alcoholic Drinks.

Anything that will dehydrate your body should be avoided altogether. Alcohol dehydrates your body leaving little water for the main functions of the body. It drys up the digestion system exposing your body to constipation. Many people who take alcohol needs a lot of water to bring their body to a normal state. You may have noticed that an alcoholic person looks dehydrated and the skin looks dry, what do you expect their internal organs to look like? of course worse than external look. That is the surest way to tell us that alcohol drinking is the biggest cause of dehydration in the body.

Avoid Straining during bathroom moments.

A bowel movement should be a relaxing moment which should be natural. When you have not visited the bathroom for more than 24 hr, there could be something wrong with your digestion system. This forces people to strain and force the movement. Straining causes damages to the bowel leading to hemorrhoids and can take longer to heal since you need to visit the bathroom in less than 24 hrs. It is advisable that when you realize that you have delayed visiting the bathroom, start taking precaution by eating the right food and wait until the urge comes naturally. It is also advisable to obey the call of nature as soon as it calls to avoid constipation. Prevention is better than cure so they say.

 • Exercise.

It is believed that exercise helps in digestion. Mild exercises like walking, jogging keeps your body relaxed, allows good circulation of the blood around the body. However, there are some exercises you need to avoid when treating hemorrhoids which exerts a lot of pressure to the abdomen like lifting weights because you will end up straining which is one of the causes of hemorrhoids. In summary, Hemorrhoids can be naturally managed at home and successfully get treated. The major thing you need to put into consideration is to avoid anything that can cause constipation and abdominal straining. Observing cleanliness is also very paramount. When the anus gets dry having external objects around it, it becomes hard to naturally expand during bowel movement resulting to straining and hence damaging the skin and/ the veins.
